Better with Bev

Councilwoman Bev Uipi is a Millcreek native with deep roots and a record of results. Now in her third term and serving as Mayor Pro-Tem, she leads with inclusive, hands-on problem solving to support seniors, safer streets and parks, and smart, neighborhood-scale growth that keeps Millcreek welcoming and affordable.

Bev is also our Council member overseeing Policing in Millcreek since 2020 to assure transparency and community-based focus with townhalls and an invitation for citizens to have access to our chief and UPD leaders.

As the first Pacific Islander woman elected to public office in Utah, Bev brings a powerful voice for every family and a proven ability to turn collaboration into progress.
